  • Not at all. Every program inside The Defined Project is 100% customized to your goals, experience, equipment, and schedule. Whether you're training for fat loss, building muscle, improving mobility, or preparing for a race — your workouts are built for YOU.

  • Perfect. The program is fully scalable. Whether you’re just starting out or coming back from a long break, I’ll meet you where you are and progress you safely with movement demos, weekly updates, and clear form feedback.

  • Everything is delivered through the Alive app. You’ll get your workouts with demo videos, clear instructions, built-in progress tracking, and space for notes or form video uploads.

  • Everything from:

    • Fat loss / lean muscle building

    • Strength and performance

    • Race prep (Spartan, Hyrox, Half Marathon, etc.)

    • General fitness, mobility, or post-rehab strength building

    If you have a goal — I’ll build the path.

  • Nope! I’ll build your plan based on whatever equipment you have access to — gym, home, or hybrid setups. I’ve coached clients using no equipment, dumbbells and resistance bands only, as well as advanced athletes in full commercial gyms.

  • Your program is updated weekly, based on your feedback, progress, and performance. This keeps things fresh, progressive, and aligned with your goals — unlike static PDFs or monthly templated programs.

  • Yes — form feedback is included in your membership. You can upload videos of your lifts or movements and receive personalized cues and coaching to improve technique, prevent injury, and optimize results.

  • The Defined Project is focused strictly on training. You get expert programming, support, and feedback — but it doesn’t include full-scale nutrition or accountability. That said, you’ll get discounted access to nutrition consults if/when you want them & you can always upgrade to the signature program if you feel like you need more support.

  • No long-term commitment required. It’s a month-to-month program, and you can cancel anytime with 48 hours notice before your next billing cycle. But most clients stay because it works.

  • This is a collaborative program. If something isn’t working — we talk about it, and we tweak it. You’re not getting a static plan. You’re getting weekly adaptation, support, and guidance. If you show up and communicate, you will make progress.
