How the Challenge Works
1. Join for free
Fill out the entry form and add a payment method.
2. Get added to the challenge
You’ll receive access to the app and community within 24 hours of submitting the form.
3. Hit 10,000 steps per day
Submit a quick form each day saying you hit your steps.
4. Miss a day? $5. Hit your goal? $0.
No guilt. No shame. Just accountability.
5. How do you win?
The participants with the most total “YES” days for hitting their steps splits 50% of the pot paid in cash.
Important Rules & Requirements
• You must have a way to track your steps
• Self-reporting form must be submitted by next morning at 9am EST, otherwise steps are counted as missed.
• A payment method is required to participate
• Charges apply only on days you miss 10k steps (or forget to submit your form).
• Life happens — accountability still applies
